The lonely shellLocation: Beach in Comox, British Columbia, CanadaI saw this shell surrounded by conglomerates. It was beautifully purple and alone, but comfortably sitting on a pile of rock. Despite its fragility, it survived on the shore, safe and sound.
Fall in MontrealDespite the cold winter and the humid summer, Montreal is beautiful in the fall. Vivid color roam the streets. The leaf abscission is like a confetti, celebrating the fall colors.

Vitiligo & SenescenceLocation: Forest in Comox Valley, British Columbia, CanadaVitiligo - a long term skin condition where the skin pigment is lost over time. Humans consider vitiligo as an 'imperfection', where as in nature, the similar process, called senescence, is a normal occurrence, and we consider it beautiful. How come humanity cannot see past the skin colour and appreciate the differences like we do with autumn colours.
